A Little More About Me

Mariah George

Your learned a little bit about me on the home page, but I want you to really get to know me so that our work relationship is more than just client-designer.

My husband Nicholas and I got married in September and recently relocated to Florida from Indiana. We are high school sweethearts and have always wanted to live in Florida, so when the chance came we took it! We're young in our twenties and thought why not, so we packed our lives, and our lovely pets up, and headed south.

Speaking of our lovely pets, meet them below! We have Violet, our Munchkin cat that love head rubs.

Our rabbit, Domino, is basically a cat. He's fully litter box trained, cage-free, and FULL of attitude. He also LOVES bananas.

Last but not least is our 80 lb basset hound Rupert. He's the biggest baby you'll find, sleeps about 18 hours a day, and loves to lick people.

When I'm not spending time with our pets, I love to practice my graphic design skills, watch Netflix, and scroll through TikTok. I work a full-time 9-5 job during the day and run Mariah George Design during my off-time.

The Process

1. INTAKE

Once you reach out I will respond to you within 48 hours to learn more about your project. You will fill out a survey to help me better understand what you need and what you're looking for, we'll get on a phone call, and I will present an outline of the project and quote. Once you accept the quote you will pay a 50 non-refundable deposit and the real work will begin!

2. INSPIRATION

In order to make sure I have an idea of where you want to go visually, I typically make a share Pinterest board. This allows myself and you to add inspiration that you perceive relevant to your brand/company. This Pinterest board will serve as a mood board as I begin the process of your project.

3. DESIGN

Once I begin my work I will communicate with you throughout the process for feedback and clarification on anything if necessary. 

4. EDITS

I will present your project to you and we will go through an editing process where we will discuss any potential changes that need to be made.

5. HAPPY CLIENT

Once all edits are complete, I will turn over all property to you, my happy client!
